Our pricing is competitively priced and based on the number of forms required to be filed, both federally and at the state level, to comply with tax laws.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, it is important to have a conversation to determine which credits and deductions are applicable for their individual tax return. It's best not to take anything for granted or make assumptions - this is how we help ensure our clients get the maximum refund they deserve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is based in accounting and business management. Regarding income taxes, each year I voluntarily participate in the IRS sponsored AFTR program. This means that I have been trained on the tax law updates each season and can help advise clients based on the newest law changes.
