FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, there is some flexibility in my fees. Because I am motivated by wanting to inspire people, I don't want to exclude people for solely economic reasons. So, within limits, I am willing to work with clients on arriving at fees that are fair to both of us. As I mentioned above, I also offer a Money Back Guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me, I spend time talking with you so that I get a clear picture of your needs and expectations and tailor my work to fit that. I want us to be on the same page so that what you are looking for and what i have to offer match. I also want to know as much as I can about your audience as I can so I am able to meet them where they are and move them in the direction you want them to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, my Masters from Duke University and my doctorate from Boston University. I served forty years as a successful parish minister. I have served as a consultant to agencies in the midst of leadership change and growth. I was the director of a large counseling center and have had my own private practice for over thirty years. For almost thirty years, I have served as an Adjunct Professor at Bryant University in the Department of Applied Psychology and am also currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Johnson and Wales University in the Social Sciences Department.
