Introduction: Anne Kuzminsky is a professional violence prevention advocate and self-defense instructor. She specializes in educating people about their personal safety and empowering them to become their own best protectors. She served as Director-at-Large for Self Defense for the National Women's Martial Arts Federation (nwmaf.org) and is certified by this organization to teach women's self-defense (nwmaf.org/find-a-self-defense-instructor).
