We have enjoyed Chef James “Morgan” Hall’s cooking several times. While he was Sous chef at the Weekapaug Inn he made a clam chowder that still leaves me wanting more. While he was chef at the Pcean House, he made a farm-to-table steak dish where the meat seemed to fall from the bone and yet it was perfect temperature. Our groups were approximately 9-10 people and the food was well timed. We have already booked these guys for the holidays. Highly recommend!
