Attending workshops on a regular basis, Meghan stays current with the newest trends and developments in the fields of Pilates and general fitness. Her sessions emphasize building powerful core strength from the inside out, creating perfect postural alignment, and finding present time consciousness through the continuous flow of movement.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are certified! A pilates certification can be handed out in a weekend intensive. Insist that your trainer has undergone at least 600 hours of training, and has knowledge in kinesiology and anatomy. Also, ask for references.
