- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually quote a Diagnostic Fee just to look at the computer to determine what the issue/s are. I then build a flat rate price, that will have options a client can choose from. Once have approval I will perform the work right then or schedule a call to discuss process of repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold A+, Net+, Security +, Linux+, MCP, and working on MCSA.
