Response time was sufficient. However, the overall design of my logo is amateurish and cartoonish. I was advised by the company that this is how a logo needs to look, very icon-y. I was the one who had to point out to the company that the logo was unbalanced, spacing was off. I was told I had too many words in the name of my company, therefore, it made it difficult to design. I was disappointed in the design because I thought I would get something creative from creative people (because I am not), and all I received was a clock and
a keyboard. Design Soft LLC charged me $85 for a logo my son in high school could've created for me in his graphic design class. The company offered me their web design services... no, thank you.
