- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upon talking/emailing with a client I require a nonrefundable $250 deposit to book the clients event date. We begin to plan and design together and come up with a design concept and service total amount at which half of the nonrefundable service total minus the deposit is due with a signed contract and the remainder due 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event. If the event is cancelled 6 weeks to the date before the event, the final payment would not be due.

I love to meet with my client and gather all elements and inspiration photos to create a gorgeous event!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend that the client look at the design style of the florist before deciding to go with them. Although it's possible for designers have a wide range of styles, we excell at the styles that we are most fond of. Allow us to take your vision and create!
