- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is based on how much work like transactions in a monthly timing or 12 months in one month time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure that I have their bank statements, credit card statements , any cash recepits and start to sort out any expenses and income they have for their business. Any invoices for their business also can be submitted to me to make sure their Profit and Loss has the true numbers so they can file their taxes properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken all the college courses and helped a tax company with their accounting needs for the past 4 years and now I want to do it on my own.
