Isa did a great job filing a late return and refiling a return that although was previously filed, never made it to the IRS. She even refiled multiple times after the returns were sent back for minor reasons in spite of dealing with a health crisis. Highly recommend!

Isa Richardson was a dream to work with. I am a travel nurse. My husband and I had a complicated return with multiple state returns and she handled all of it so professionally and at a fair price. She answered ALL 100 of my tax questions and never made me feel stupid or annoying. Not only that she has a wonderful dry sense of humor that puts you immediately at ease which is a rare quality to find in a tax professional. I will not ever stop referring her to whoever needs tax help but especially those folks that travel for work or have multiple sources of income.

Isa was very helpful for my husband and I. Very responsive and professional. We didn’t know much tax terminology and tired our best to explain our issues to Isa so there was a lot of discussion between one another in order to correct needed things but she was quick and timely.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is based on how much work like transactions in a monthly timing or 12 months in one month time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure that I have their bank statements, credit card statements , any cash recepits and start to sort out any expenses and income they have for their business. Any invoices for their business also can be submitted to me to make sure their Profit and Loss has the true numbers so they can file their taxes properly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken all the college courses and helped a tax company with their accounting needs for the past 4 years and now I want to do it on my own.
