Introduction: At 261, we know from experience it is never too late to get healthier. With our expert nutritional guidance and individual training programming, our clients have all the tools they need to make dramatic improvements in their health and appearance. Because of the high demand for our services, we are now offering remote/distance coaching where for a modest monthly fee ($79.00 per month after initial $46.00 intake and assessment charge), we provide you with programming that will help you meet your goals. We provide not only your individual training regimen, but accountability and motivation, as well! We review video, answer questions and keep in contact with you to motivate, encourage and challenge to get you where you want to be! And, local clients can take advantage of our in-person coaching for $65 per hour as well, scheduling permitted. We are American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainers.
