Introduction: Hi I’m Jay!! I’ve been a lifeguard for two years and a swim instructor for three years. I teach from the age of 2 to 92, from the basics, to stroke development, to training for an event. I love to see the progression of my clients by them either tackling their fear and or pushing their limits.
