- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask lots of questions about the job at hand to minimize confusion, as well as personal questions to get to know my customers. I also share any relevant information about myself. My goal is to make customers feel comfortable with me and satisfied by my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Software Development major in my last year of school. I was employed by the GeekSquad for Home Theater Installation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was employed by the GeekSquad for 2 years before moving from my hometown. After getting settled into my new life I decided to start an independent TV mounting business to help provide for me and my family.
