Introduction: I don't have an actual business. I simply make very good food! For many years now, I had much feedback that I should start a business of some kind. I have learned from my father and mother, way back in the days of how to cook Italian, along with many other things. It doesn't sound like much, but if anyone were to see and taste what I do today, he/she will be totally satisfied because of the fact that there has been sort of a lost art.
