Pro Tile remodeled my bathroom, from removing and replacing plumbing, tile and trim. Daniel did an excellent job. He was very detailed and didn't cut any corners in the installation process. He also maintained a clean work environment and always cleaned up at the end of each work day. I will absolutely use them again on my next remodel project.

It was a pleasure working with Diana, Daniel & Phillip with Pro Tile & Remodeling. I reached out to Diana way before we were ready to begin our project. Our project included a master bathroom floor tile install as well as shower wall to ceiling install. We picked a glossed porcelain 48x48 size tile (Large), and a black mosaic tile for the two niches we selected, and a black metal trim. We were hoping for a miracle as all of the other quotes we received were going to put us way over our already out of range remodeling budget. Diana provided a quote that was very reasonable, and kept in touch with us while we were waiting for our contractor to tell us that our tilers could begin their project. The tilers showed up on time each day and worked hard to get the job done while keep us informed. They did not struggle at all working with the large tile that we selected. Diana even called us while the guys were working to make sure everything was good! The job itself took 3 days which was quicker than I expected and my husband and I are blown away with the results!! We will definitely be using them for other projects that we have in the future and will be telling our friends about them as well. I also loved that Diana called us at the end of the project to ensure we were satisfied. Can’t wait to call them again for our kitchen remodel next year.

Dianna and her team just finished our kitchen remodel. I can’t say enough good things about Pro Tile and Remodeling. We were on their schedule for the summer but an unexpected kitchen flood pushed our project to emergent. Dianna was helpful along the way with design and budget and very accommodating and understanding with our situation. Dianna was always available to answer my design questions. Daniel and the gentleman that did the work were kind, quick and overall did an amazing job. My family is so happy with our kitchen we can’t wait to hire Pro Tile again for our master bath.

After meeting with several contractors, we hired Pro Tile and Remodeling to renovate my new house in The Carolina Country Club. This was a major renovating project: We remodeled the entire house, including three bathrooms, the kitchen, five bedrooms, the laundry room, the main living room, and the formal dining room. They also painted all these rooms and repaired or replaced all interior doors, windows, main entry doors, exterior window shutters, and other woodwork, such as wainscoting and decorative molding. The hardwood floors were sanded and refinished, including the stairwell and banisters. Also, we changed all light fixtures and ceiling fans in the house. For this project, I needed a company that not only provides remodeling work but also helps with the new design, style selection, and purchasing of all materials, vanities, appliances, light fixtures, mirrors, and everything else required for the renovation. Diana did great work with all that, including organizing and coordinating different professionals working on the project, such as painters, plumbers, tillers, hardwood floor refinishers, and others. She showed professionalism right from the start and was knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated throughout the entire project. The team showed up on time, was courteous, and cleaned up after their work. The whole process was easy and seamless. They worked hard to stay within budget and succeeded! The work they did utterly transformed the house – now it looks like a brand-new, luxury home. I plan to hire them again for two smaller projects that need to be done on this new property, but I don’t need to shop around this time – I know exactly who to call. Outstanding company!

I had a bathroom remodel done by Daniil, all I can say is he did a GREAT job! I have not seen anyone more than happy to put my vision into reality. He was respectful, kind, & really did his best to make everything look so perfect & Diana was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. She answered every time that I have called her & always gave me a response via texts, if she was unable to answer. Their team is definitely going to be hired for my next remodeling project, I am very grateful to have hired them, a team responsible, respectful, considerate, & gets the job done!
