- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 20% off your first service. I also Offer 10% off for senior, military, or multi-dog house holds. (offers can not be combined)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a thorough skin, coat, and ears inspection at the beginning of each check-in. While checking over your pet, I'm also seeing how your pet is reacting to me by monitoring their stress level and body language. I block off extra time for first appointments to offer as much time for comfort that each pet needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with dogs in a salon environment since 2015. I went to a PetStylist development program through PetSmart in 2017. I am also Cat and Dog First Aid Certified through American Red Cross.
