- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with ReignHer Notary & Ceremonies™ is simple, clear, and personalized. Here’s what to expect: 1. Intake Form You’ll complete a brief intake form so I can gather your contact details, service needs, and important event or signing information. 2. Understanding Your Needs I review your form and follow up with any questions to ensure I fully understand your request—whether it’s a notarization, wedding ceremony, vow renewal, or custom service. 3. Invoice & Payment Once details are confirmed, I send an invoice for the selected service. Payment secures your date and allows me to begin preparing your documents or ceremony. 4. Service Delivery On the scheduled day, I arrive prepared and on time, ready to provide a smooth, professional experience delivered with clarity, excellence, and professionalism.

I’m a commissioned Notary Public in the state of South Carolina and a Certified Signing Agent with years of experience and training in document handling, identity verification, leadership/management, finance, compliance, customer service and ceremony facilitation.
