Mr. Baines is such a kind man! He responded almost immediately to my query and offered a very reasonable quote for the work I needed done. He even offered to go buy and pick up and order I had placed with a company here in Rock Hill, before coming out to service my computer. The only reason I'm not giving him 5 stars is that I had to decline his offer since I had already promised the work to someone else just seconds before he contacted me, so I can't say with 100% certainty that his work would have been as impressive as he was on the phone, but he sounded very knowledgeable, he was very kind and he was very understanding. I do not believe you would go wrong using his services!

Tom replied promptly to my request. I hired him in October as he had nothing but great reviews. He came to my house one evening and replaced the screen as he stated that was the issue. For about a month it seemed to work fine but then before the holidays, it started to flicker. Those flickers got worse and so during the holidays I reached back out to Tom to see if he could take a look at it because it didn't seem like he had fixed it properly. I sent several emails to him and replied to him on Thumbtack several times as well. And, I also called him on his phone as well and left a message. I never got a reply. Thus, I took my laptop to Best Buy this past week and they fixed it that afternoon.
