- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a huge range of prices simply because each event is very different. Each event requires different time involvement, locations are a factor, and specific services play a major role. A small birthday party of 10 children is completely different from a wedding of 100 people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with knowing what a customer's budget is. I do not like to get too involved with details unless it fits into the client's budget. So, first I ask if they have a budget or a budget range. Second, I like for the customer to just start telling me what it is they want i realistic terms. I then assess those two things and see if we can provide what they need. If we can't, I will offer what we can do for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
By degree, I am a pharmacist which makes me extremely compassionate, caring, organized, and detail oriented. In addition I am a certified event coordinator.
