Our son graduated from USC and we are out of state. He told us he wanted to stay in the Columbia area and buy a house. After little success trying to navigate the process on his own, we encouraged him to hire a buyer's agent. A little research and a lot of luck lead him to Traci Williams. She was truly a Godsend. Not only was she very knowledgeable in every aspect of SC real estate, she was also compassionate and patient with a young man buying his first house. In addition, she promptly answered every question we had, which was comforting due to us being out of state. We highly recommend Traci for all your real estate needs.
