- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work off a flat rate system so their is no itemized parts and labor. Each job is by task and I can discount over multiple tasks. I provide parts that I can warrant and I cannot warrant customer supplied parts. Service charge is mandated and can be waived if we move foward with work that day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain there situation in a fashion were they can easily understand and going over the process letting the be clear on every step
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken courses for Rennai and Navien tankless water heaters as well as 6 years field experience in this region. I’ve taken Nexstar service system training and advance nexstar service training through a company where that was there service system. These trainings were more customer service based ; and that’s what I pride myself on, as well is workmanship!!
