Caleb was on time. very conscientious. explained what he was going to do. put covering over his shoes, . when he found a problem, he explained to us what he did to fix it. Very mannerly, definitely wish he would be the service person they would send to our home the next time.

Awful experience. Technician told me he needed me home that I was his first stop and what time he would be there that same day. I took off work early and waited 3 hours in a hot house, I called him back and was told he was pulled off the job for something else and I had to wait another 3 hours for another technician. He found the problem and I had to wait 3 days IN A HOT HOUSE for the part to come in Part comes in and could you guess that something happened and they wont be able to come replace for another 2 days IN A HOUT HOUSE!! But dont worry everyone is sorry for the inconvenience but no sir we cant do any discounts for the inconvenience but here have another were sorry those are free. How does this company have a good rating is beyond me??

Called and canceled 4 months ago but apparently it wasnt on the " recording ". However when there system stopped charging certain accounts they had all the records. Wasnt avoiding paying but I called in June to cancel and now they want it all. Charge me for 4 months or send it to collections.
