Absolutely wonderful experience working with Kevin on my new build custom home in James Island. Absolutely beautiful construction, very professional and attentive builder, came in under budget and the home was even completed earlier than I expected. I couldnt be happier! He had glowing reviews from past clients I contacted and I see why! Im in that number!

We had a fantastic experience working with Cunningham Contractors. They built an enclosed storage area under our house, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. The project was completed on time, the craftsmanship was excellent, and the space blends seamlessly with the original design of the house. Communicatation was clear throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Absolutely Spectacular. Cunningham exceeded all expectations, on time and Under budget. I cannot say enough good things about Cunningham Contractors. They gutted the entire first floor of our home, installed a steel girder to create an entire open space that was once small, dark and drab. The pictures show the old kitchen space, which is now a butler's pantry. Additionally, the old tiny, dark family room with a small builder grade fireplace is shown, along with the amazing transformation done by Cunningham.

My wife and I purchased our home in 2019 and decided to slowly renovate it over the next several years. We contacted Cunningham Contractors after a recommendation from my father-in-law. We began with our master bathroom. Their pricing is more than competitive and their quality is amazing. Their communication throughout each project proved their intent of keeping the customer happy. Since that first project, we have used Cunningham Contractors for every room in our house, including a new enclosed patio.
