Alex and partner Dennis, were punctual, worked extremely hard to make my “to do” list obsolete (touch-up painting and hanging pictures as well as unloading house contents from a POD into a storage unit) in a timely manner. They listened & responded swiftly and were cheerful throughout the entire time. I have no problem recommending Alex for any future tasks that needs taking care of thoughtfully and respectfully.

I reached out to Aleks yesterday evening, and he came right out to give me a quote. By this afternoon, the work was complete. I needed to have an entire window sill rebuilt due to rotted wood. The final price was a bit higher than the estimate due to the cost of materials, but I am happy with the quality of the repair and especially with the speed in which it was done (less than 24 hour turnaround!). They carefully removed the damaged exterior trim around the window, inspected the framing underneath for any additional water damage, purchased the necessary replacement materials, fabricated and installed new trim, sealed all joints with exterior-grade caulk, applied primer, and finished everything with two coats of exterior paint to ensure a long-lasting repair and protect the wood from future moisture.
