I couldn’t have asked for anything more. He contacted me instantly, gave me his availability to mount my tv, arrived on time and did a great job. Well mannered, professional and prompt.

Quoted me a price on the phone after I sent pictures . charged me a lot more than he quoted me . Job took less than an hour. So if you consider drive time I should have been billed for 3 hours but he charged me for 5 hours. As a senior citizen I feel like he took advantage of me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give the best price but feel free to negotiate! Carolina Handyman gives free estimates! As well as 15% Military Discount for all Military Families.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal when working with new customers is to be accepted into the family as their Handyman! When I finish the job, they know I am only one call away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 2000 hours of OTJ training in Handyman Services! I attended Trident Technical College and got my Mechanic Certification. I worked for Charleston County before starting my own Company.
