- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and efficient. Once a customer reaches out, we contact them quickly via SMS to gather details such as location, photos of the items, and access information. After reviewing the details, we provide a clear estimate and schedule the service. Most jobs can be completed the same or next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
