Always hire somebody who is Licensed (not just certified) Fully Insured, and Bonded. This is for your protection. Always ask to see their license and check to be sure its up to date. Be sure to see their Business license as well. Ask for references that you can call to verify. Also be sure to ask about rates before any work is done. Make sure you look for hidden charges, like "diagnostic fee's" etc.
