- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will usually be able to give you a firm price over the phone when you call unless the scope of the project needs an onsite visual inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls us our customer service agent will record details about the job in our system and provide a quote if possible. She will work with you to find a best schedule time or give you an ETA for emergency lockout work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our field employees are trained with the proprietary Pop-A-Lock car door unlocking system and our locksmiths have received professional training in Automotive, Commercial and Residential locksmith work. They are well equipped with advanced key cutters and automotive security programmers in their mobile locksmith vans.
