Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When thinking about hiring a marketing and branding firm, make sure that you get along with them and feel like you are in a partnership. Your firm should ask you lots of questions about your company and your customers because this work is about communication and open communication among all parties is important.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The creative process takes a lot of time and there are lots of behind the scenes processes that go into creating brands and marketing strategies, plans and campaigns, so give your firm time to really create for you and deliver something that you absolutely LOVE.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Consumers should ask about education and credentials of firms but also to see previous work. It is important to ask about the firm's culture and some of their philosophies because they are creating your's and you don't want to company that is so far away from your's because they won't understand what you stand for.
