Put up outdoor ceiling fans and interior light fixture on first trip. Then repaired my deck and staircase. Was resonable with his prices and did what he said he would do.

Jeff worked on my house for a few weeks. The work involved painting all interior of 3,000 square ft. house which included 4 bedrooms, crown molding, 2 bathrooms, entrance way and halls & stairs. Also power washed front porch and painted railings, posts & ceiling. Also front door & outdoor shutters. He works in a professional manner with important attention to detail, takes care of furniture and floors, and is very neat. No paint anywhere but on walls. There was a great amount of detail work which he took care of. It is usually very difficult to paint inside of entire house while living there, but he actually works with owners and made the experience not difficult. I rate his work as outstanding and am receiving lots of favorable comments from my friends. If you want a professional job done with fair pricing, and no problems, I highly recommend Jeff Miller.

Josh & Kevin are the dynamic duo!! I had a custom project for shelves under some stairs in the house and not only did they succeed in materializing my vision they also exceeded my expectations AND they were more excited as I was to get it done. Small concept that turned into more work than anticipated and they managed it like the true professionals that they are. We were and will be happy to have them back in our home again for future projects. Thank you guys you're real craftsmen

Frank repainted our picket fence yesterday and did an excellent job. He finished the work ahead of schedule and even trimmed some tree branches/shrubs and touched up our deck stairs for no additional charge. His pricing was very fair and he worked with us to keep it within our budget. I would definitely hire Frank again in the future.

It was less than 24hrs from the estimate to when work began. David showed up on time and completed the painting of my stairwell and hallway in about 2 ½ hours by himself, despite the rainy weather. He even removed some old paint from my ceiling as a curtesy to me which was very nice of him. I am pleased with the work he completed and only have a few minor reasons why I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star. 1. Paint splatters on my brown baseboards in the stairway 2. Paint on two of my plug outlets 3. Last minute touch up strokes visible (they do not blend in) 4. I prepped the walls myself and missed sanding a few spackle patches smooth and flat and wish David would have informed me so that I could have re-sanded before painting them. They are right at the stairway entrance and very visible. Overall I am happy with his work and I would rehire him and discuss any issue before hand to insure that the completed job is 100% satisfactory to us both. He is a hard working young man and I will refer him to my friend as well as reuse him myself.

J.R. has been finishing the remodel job on a house I bought over a year ago. I found myself with a bit of a mess. We are nearing the second week of the job and everything he has said he would do, he has done. We have quite a few things that need to be finished before we can sell the home. I am having them fix my roof, replace windows, Paint the entire interior and cabinets, fix drywall, replace a door, some electrical work, plumbing for bathrooms and kitchen, putting in new stairs for the attic and many other small details that need to be done before we can put it on the market. There is still more to do, but I am extremely happy with there work so far.

Brian tore out and replaced worn wooden steps on front porch. He used screws to anchor boards, reinforced the railings, and leveled previously unleveled top area. He worked steadily for a few hours, and cleaned up debris. He was patient with scheduling, punctual, and knowledgable. We will definitely call him again.

From my personal experience, John Reid is honest, friendly, dependable and produces what he promises. He is a gentleman and so is his son, Jay, who works with him. They removed carpeting from 3 floors of my home and replaced it with tile on the first floor and hardwood flooring on the upper 2 floors. They stained the steps, banister rails, and all woodwork to match the flooring. Prior to that, I had an unfortunate incident. My washing machine on the 2nd floor was not installed properly by others and it was leaking through the kitchen ceiling on the 1st floor. John Reid was recommended by a close friend and he took care of the proper machine hook up and the ceiling repair. The team also removed an existing electric fireplace and installed much needed shelving. If you go with Blue Anchor Builders, I cannot imagine that you would be disappointed.
