Training companies and thier employees on how to treat their customers and how to solve problems not in the heat of the moment but in a calm environment. I am always excited about what the day is going to be like and how I can make a difference to help someone else.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did not decide to go into television, television decided that I needed to be in this line of work. My aspiration has always been to help others and doing it through wisdom and knowledge that was given to be by the Creator, God. I knew when I was asked to start my show, that this was the work that I wanted to do. Being on TV, speaking to groups and coaching people to be sucessful is not about fame and fortune, it is about helping your fellow man to woman. The way to become successful to give back to your community and live each day to the fullest. This decision is based on my love for people and the community.
