Chase completed the work in a timely manner but first inspected several different areas of the tub and drain to make sure that the problem was the problem and not a preconceived idea of what the problem was. As a new home owner, my wife and I have had several people come and give quotes on every single job. Chase had no problem with that and respected the stance I took. He even took at a look at a completely separate issue and ensured us that it was a non factor. Chase will be our go to plumber for any other plumbing issues.
