- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual income tax preparation fee is set at $195 for one federal and one state tax return. Additional fees are: Any additional state is $40 per state EIC (Earned Income Credit) is $25 Schedule C, E, and F is $40 per form or property Schedule K1 is $15 Schedule 1095-A is $5 Extension (federal and state) is $45 S-Corporation income tax return (federal and one state) is $350 C-Corporation income tax return (federal and one state) is $375 Partnership income tax return (federal and one state) is $350 Estate and Trust tax return (federal and one state) is 350 The accounting service is $40/hr. Payments can be made securely online with a credit card or by check or cash. Payments are due upon completion of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with client to review what services they are looking for and what we can provide. Once we have developed a thorough understanding of what needs to be accomplished, we provide a cost of services and a timeline when services will be ready for review and finalize the service(s) requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We participate in annual seminars pertaining to new tax and accounting matters, as well as participate in IRS annual conferences. I am a member with NSTP (National Society of Tax Preparers) and NBA (National Board of Accountants). These two organizations provide weekly updates of any changes or current issues with tax and accounting.
