- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for preparing a tax return is not set or standard. It really depends on the complexity of the return and what the client provides as far as paperwork. The consulting side of the business is set at $75.00 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to answer each question they have with an honest answer. I offer them a written guarantee and a fast, accurate, and affordable solution to their problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 35 years as a tax preparer with a Master of Science degree in Taxation. On the business consulting aspect I have owned and operated several businesses and worked in both the public and private setor over the last 45 years.I have a bachelor's in business administration and a MBA.
