They provided me with much needed guidance as I purchased materials for my bathroom floor tiling. Within 5 hours of requesting their services they were at my house getting to work. The bathroom floor looks fantastic and I appreciate how quickly they communicated with me and how quickly they got everything done. Such a great response to my request to retile our shower floor. They came two days later and completed the job! They did a great job, and even filled in some grout holes in the kitchen for me!

Team did a great job on a challenging shower tile install. Lots of angles, bench, high walls, and they did a great job. They took the time to get it right and I was highly satisfied! You won’t be disappointed.

I am writing to highly recommend JA Tile for their outstanding work on the construction of our guest house. We were very impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
The team arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the project. They were always willing to answer our questions and make sure that we were happy with the results. We were particularly impressed with their creativity and willingness to go the extra mile. For example, they suggested a unique way to tile the backsplash that really made the space pop.

Materials is not included in the price I give. Price is the customer's responsibility, however, I can purchase the materials if the customer does not want to purchase.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Get in touch. 2) Let's see the job and have a conversation about your vision! 3) Pricing and contract. 4) Let's work! 5) Communication throughout the job is important to me. I want to make sure the customer is happy with the job. 6) Enjoy the finished work!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with my husband and I've never looked back since.
