- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with companies and individuals. Firstly, I like to listen to your needs and then provide you with your total cost based on our conversation. Then, I will answer any questions you may have, gather any information that I may need, clear up any unknowns and then go to work. I want to be as efficient as possible so that we get everything done quickly and accurately. Customer service and satisfaction are my number one priority!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the College of Charleston in 2000 with a bachelor of science in organizational psychology. I’ve worked in the telecommunications industry in a compliance and regulatory officer roll. Then, I dabbled in high end automotive sales and managed a multimillion dollar retail store. I’ve done a lot and experienced even more. Today, I am enjoying a much more leisurely life working for myself. In 2009, I was commissioned as a Notary Public in South Carolina and became an Ordained Minister of Open Ministry in 2019.
