Working with Kai has been great. He set me up with an easy to follow daily meal plan that was customized to my health goals food preferences. He pushes me harder to get the most out of every workout. He takes the time to educate on what and why we are doing the exercises. All in all, I think Kai is a great option if you are new to training or have specific training goals. I have seen ongoing steady results and expect that he will continue pushing me to the next levels.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know I charge by session packages which are 1-100 sessions at various prices. I do also have discounts typically on holidays, or if the supplement company I work with has a sale on their products.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for first time clients is to get them acclimated to resistance training and gradually increase training when it comes to volume, intensity, and techniques.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my personal training certificate along with having my bachelors in exercise physiology.
