- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am reasonably priced and can work by the hour or we can determine a regular monthly price based on the services you require.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts at initial contact. I will ask what types of services you need, what you are currently using, why you are looking to change. We can discuss a basic price but the final will be a negotiation based upon your needs and what you have in your budget for my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS Business Administration with an accounting emphasis and an MBA with an accounting emphasis.
