We interviewed a couple different pool care companies for our problem in ground pool. Mr Chambers is what we call a small fish in a big pond but we decided to give him a chance anyway. He was very confident that he could get it straight and turn our problem pool into one we could enjoy and not worry about. He has not disappointed us. 9/2021 UPDATE… Several years ago Dennis was dependable on a scale of 10 he was a 7. But we also let him slide. We treated him well with extra tips. But he has taken advantage of us! My husband has been ill, and been in the hospital. Him knowing that, he decided not to even show up. We would show up and the pool would be FROG 🐸 GREEN. He never apologized and would try to blame us. He also has left our water on several times and forgot to turn it off before leaving. 5 hours passed and then he freaks out and remembers!! He calls me and we are 4 hours away from home. He says he is too busy to go back and to see if I can get a neighbor to cut it off. How is someone supposed to get in a locked gate? I swear.
