Ivan Tellez was the tech who performed the work at my house. Very professional, knowledgeable, and didn't mind explaining everything down to the smallest detail so I could have a clear understanding of the issue and what it would take to fix it. He helped me to feel that I could trust him. Not only was IMT's service excellent, the final cost turned out to be $250 cheaper than another company quoted.

Ivan asked questions up front and was very responsive. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, he even showed up 15 minutes early! He came in, went straight to work, completed the job, and cleaned up the mess. He explained everything before and after and did a great job at a reasonable price.
