What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start a project with a new client I like to kick things off by talking with my client about project goals and expectations. From there, we will set a project scope and timeline, which will include what is expected from both parties and how long it will take. After the design and review is complete, I will hand the product over to the client with a final invoice. That's it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in public relations. Though my degree is in PR, my passion is in visual communications. I love all things related to design. I have been working with the Adobe Creative Suite for 5 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds of clients! While the businesses of my clients vary, the services I provide for them are fairly similar: branding and identity, social media, print, etc.
