FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the complexity and time required for the job. I offer competitive rates with no hidden fees. For bigger projects or returning customers, I may provide discounts. I always discuss the total cost upfront, so there are no surprises later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I start by understanding their needs through a brief phone call or message. Then I visit the site (if needed) to inspect the problem or task. After evaluating the work, I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once the customer approves, I complete the job professionally and on time. I always make sure the customer is satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering. I also completed the OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E training for electrical safety in the workplace. My strong academic background and ongoing training help me perform my work safely and professionally.
