  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The web developer and client relationship is key. When establishing new customers, I am very upfront with them about the fact that we need to establish trust. The web development world is such a black box to non-technicals. So, I let my clients know that my goal is to help their company strive towards their high level goals whether that is making more money or increasing awareness.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All team members at Grover Web Design are highly qualified web developers, we mostly focus on WordPress development. Each member has worked on over 150 different website builds. Personally, I (Donny Grover) have an electrical and computer engineering degree from Northeastern University. Then, over 10 years running Grover Web Design, using the web (mostly WordPress) as a tool to solve problems!
