Requested an estimate. Was given a time and told they would be out to take measurements. Employee claimed to have been to my house and observed area where work was to be done. I have 4 cameras on my house and never observed one time where anyone was on site taking measurements or checking out area where work was to be done. Employee messaged and indicated that an estimate would be emailed to me. It’s been over two weeks and I’m yet to hear anything from anyone.
Details: Simple repairs and upgrades • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want
