Felipe is one of the Kindest and most informative contractors I’ve ever met and worked with! My project calls for remodeling two spaces (e.g. bathroom and laundry) in my mom’s super old home. Felipe was great to work with. He remodeled my parents bathrooms. I live out of state, so it felt good knowing my parents were in good hands. Only item missed was the caulking around one of the toilets, but he assured us he’d make the trip back to finish once my parents were back in town. We love the new looks!

Overall, Felipe and his team did a great job with my bathroom renovation, and I would easily hire them again. The project, like most projects, wasn't without some challenges, but they were able to be addressed quickly, and the team accredited accountability where appropriate. My only request, if I were to work with Surfside again, would be that unanticipated costs that come up be discussed and agreed upon before the work is done.

Great work done, the bathroom came out beautiful and faster than I expected. The men were professional, they laid down stuff to protect the carpet and cleaned after themselves. They communicated with me throughout the entire process it was a great experience and I am extremely satisfied!!
