We had a good discussion regarding the best type of grass to install in this location. I opted for the hardier zoysia and the price was similar to fescue. Good communication and accurate scheduling did not make me wonder when the crew would arrive. They cleared. Cut up some roots. Put down dirt and leveled. Then worked to lay the sod. Team worked well. A full days work and it looks great. I’ve already gotten compliments. Before and after photos.
