From the jump Chuck and his team were ready. They did exactly what they said they would do and within 48hrs of talking to them the job was done. If anyone ever needs grading and sod, you would be crazy not to use this team. Quality, knowledge, punctuality, and cost are the best words to describe this team.

We had a very good experience working with Iron Lungs Grading and Landscape Construction. The new sod looks lovely in our yard, and the whole process was quick and efficient; the crew was in and out in a day. Chuck (the owner) was knowledgeable with what sod would be best for our yard and gave us helpful tips on aftercare. He was communicative and made sure everything was done right and answered all of our questions. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterward, which we really appreciated. Overall we had a good experience and would use them again!

This gentleman came out and gave me his honest assessment. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about what he could do for the money that I wanted to spend. And even though I didn’t go with his estimate, I would recommend him to anyone with a bigger landscaping job than I needed. Honesty is worth a lot and rare, and I recognised it immediately with him! I don’t think you would go wrong with his company.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and quick to send someone out to give us a quote. He was friendly, honest, and very upfront about pricing — no surprises, just clear communication.
Within a couple of days, his crew was out here bright and early and worked hard all day. We are preparing to sell our home, so we needed major pruning and cleanup, and they accomplished exactly what I asked for. They truly transformed the yard and helped showcase the house beautifully.
What I appreciated most was the communication. He made sure multiple times that I fully understood what I was asking for before they began. Throughout the day, they sent progress updates and kept me informed. They hauled off every bit of debris and left the yard completely clean — not a mess in sight.
