Trash Bin Cleaning Odor-free, sanitized bins for a healthy environment. Monthly service - $30 per month for 1 bin, and $5 per month for each additional bin. Quarterly service - $45 per quarter for 1 bin, and $10 per quarter for each additional bin. One time clean - $50 for 1 bin, and $15 for each additional bin Driveway & Walkway Cleaning Remove dirt, grime, and unsightly oil stains. Pricing based on square footage. Additional cost for rust and oil removal. House & Roof Washing Gentle yet effective pressure washing for exteriors. Pricing based on square footage. Additional cost for oxidation removal and certain organic matter. Gutter Cleaning Ensure gutters are clear and functioning properly. Pricing based on linear footage.
