- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Multiple system discount Senior discount 10% off first repair Service/repair discount with maintenance agreement Commercial clients with multiple systems- first maintenance visit labor is free. So that proper equipment information is recorded, equipment inspected , equipment locations are recorded, equipment count is recorded and labor cost determined. At the completion of the initial maintenance visit a quote will be provided for future maintenance/service agreement. Labor is covered for initial visit. Cost for filters/belts will be due at the completion of initial visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine their HVAC needs/wants or any issues they may be having Determine equipment locations Record contact information Provide them with a detailed report of any equipment inspections and performance of the equipment If a repair/replacement is required provide them with options for the repair/replacement whether it be brand selection, oem vs generic parts, pricing, payment etc.

17 years experience, State mechanical license holder, EPA certified, VRF certified, commercial HVAC experience, residential HVAC experience, refrigeration experience, critical area HVAC experience, hydronic system experience, boiler experience, DX and process chiller experience, plumbing experience and electrical experience
