Gloria's Party Helpers LLC, Facepainting and Balloon Animals
About this pro
We had Gloria at my son's second birthday to do face painting, balloon twisting and glitter tattoos. All the kids enjoyed getting their faces painted and they had much fun with balloon twisters also. Gloria was very patient with the kids when most of the kids gave multiple requests for different balloon twisters. She did an awesome job and I would highly recommend her to my friends.Jun 1, 2018Verified
Gloria was GREAT! Gloria was early for the event. She brought her own table and supplies. The kids loved her and we all appreciated her. The event was not as big as we had hoped it would be. Gloria was everything and more than we hoped she would be. I highly recommend Gloria for your event. She is fun while professional. She is highly skilled at her art work.Aug 29, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes I price by the hour and all the services I offer are included. Depending on the time and number of children it may not be possible to have everything at every event. I do offer a great group of Jr Assistant at varying levels of skill that can help out for an extra hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to spend time on the phone discussing their vision for the event and then helping to put them at ease with what can be done. I want them to feel free to ask me any question they might have. I also want them to feel free to discuss other aspects of their event, since I have worked hundreds I have a wealth of knowledge that I am happy to share.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attended the Dallas Art Institute in my youth where I studied illustration. Now I try to attend atleast one class or convention a year on either balloon making or facepainting to keep my work fresh and improving. Now I constantly look for new ideas and techniques. I have come up with a way of doing glitter tattoos that is much faster and more sanity, so kids have less wait time...I spend a lot of time watching videos on making different balloon figures. I dislike having to tell a child I can't make them something.
