Believe Positive Coaching

Introduction: I assist all of my clients in seeing that their personal goals, career goals and wellness goals are met. We will work together to push through and overcome any blocks, fears or issues that are in the way of clients moving forward toward their goal. I will consistently use active listening and clear communication by asking pertinent questions and providing followup. I will focus clients on their goals and/or issues that may arise out of the coaching process. I will hold the client accountable for their progress towards their goal. I will maintain confidentiality. I will raise the bar when it comes to assisting clients' work toward their goals by making myself available to clients when needed, offering encouragement, loyalty and followup to my clients.
